Tiger’s Nest

Paro Taktsang

Paro Taktsang, also known as Tiger’s Nest is a Buddhist temple built in the late 17th century on the side of a cliff. It is a wonder how mankind could built such monuments giving it the feel that it grew out of the cliffside rather than it being manmade. It is a sight to remember when you first see it.

Photograph taken in Paro, Bhutan.
